We offer one rate ground shipping for the continental U.S. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs dues, value added tax and any other taxes payable according to the laws of the country into which the order is received. Typical standard shipping times are as follows for the United States:

East coast - 1 to 3 days

Mid-West - 3 to 5 Days

West Coast - 5 to 7 days

International shipping can vary quite a lot, but typical delivery is 7 to 14 days

TIME Slippers run true to size. If you are in between sizes or sometimes wear a larger size in other brands that we don't carry, we recommend you size up. See specifics on product page for more detail.

We've had many women order men's sizes and get a great fit. You can make the following substitutions:

• Men's size 8 is a women's size 10
• Men's size 9 is a women's size 11
• Men's size 10 is a women's size 12

Please choose the larger size. 

Do not size up or down more than a half-size. 

The elastic laces, straps, and general flexibility of TIME slippers allow the uppers to form to your feet. For this reason we only carry whole-sizes in men's slippers.

Women:

Size 5.5 to 7.5 - SMALL

Size 8.5 to 9.5 - MEDIUM

Men:

Size 7 to 9 - MEDIUM 

Size 10 to 13 - LARGE
